We was returning on a trip to Va from Al and we had stayed at a red roof inn in Va and it was horrible and rundown but we needed a room for the night. And our way back we got a late start back and decided to stop and found this Red Roof Inn and was a little hesitant after our last experience in Va. but we went ahead and stopped and it was The best experience we ever had everything was perfect and we had no issues with anything while there Thank you for renewing our faith in this hotel chain

Check in was easy and quick. The room was better than I anticipated. But they did put me into a suite for those with mobility issues.
Clean floor, bedding, and bathroom. Nonsmoking room smelled fresh. Good temperature control. Convenient ground floor room near entrance for easy dog access. Large TV with cable channels. Quiet location. Would stay here again.
Booked online and checked in without an issue. The guy at the front desk was extremely polite and welcoming. The area is quiet and has easy access especially for handicapped individuals. The room I'm in is very very clean no odors no stains of any kind. Towels and everything are clean and sorted neatly. Free coffee with coffee maker providing both decaffeinated and caffeinated coffee blends. Room is very spacious with plenty for a full size family. I would highly recommend staying here. You're getting a hotel on par with a 5 star hotel at a budget friendly price.
Price is amazing, rooms are great, nice and clean, pet owners it is PERFECT for pups to get some sniffs and stretches in. Staff was super nice and welcoming at 10pm on a Monday, we got settled and slept great. Showers have basic soaps and whatnot if you forget yours. Room had a microwave and mini fridge. No freezer area but good for keeping drinks and leftovers cold. Thank you guys for always providing a comfortable safe stay.
My family and I have been to this location twice now. When I say family I mean there was a total of 5 adults and 2 kids the first time and 6 adults and 3 children the second time and we had a very nice time. We ended up renting 3 rooms to begin with each time and this last time a 4th for my mother in law to enjoy her peace without the kids. They accommodated us when we needed towles, toilet paper, coffee or really anything. The people were very nice and it was decently quiet and calm. This last time we even had a dog, which turned out to be a very great time and no problems at all. (Although the bed is a little on the uncomfortable side overall we were very happy and will return in the future.)
